I am a building regulations specialist and I also acted as a building control surveyor and inspector for NHBC for 12 years. I am director of Humphreys & Sons, a practice of architects and chartered surveyors. Humphreys & Sons is a RICS Regulated Firm, and a CIOB Chartered Building Consultancy.
