Declaration
By creating an account on the Principal Designer Register, you confirm the following:
- I am a member of the ACA, or I am eligible to become a member and will join at the end of this registration process.
- I am a Principal, Director, or Partner of my practice.
- I accept responsibility for any listings I create on this register, whether for myself or for experienced architects or other suitably qualified and experienced persons within my practice.
- If I register experienced architects or other suitably qualified and experienced persons from my practice, I confirm they are aware they are being added to the register and they understand and accept the responsibilities of a Principal Designer.
- I will notify the ACA promptly if any experienced architects or other suitably qualified and experienced persons I have registered leaves my practice.

The Principal Designer Register is maintained and run by The Association of Consultant Architects (ACA), the national professional body representing architects in private practice – consultant architects – in the UK.
